I almost cannot believe it!
Today felt (to both Luke and I) like a "normal" Saturday!
I got up earlier than Luke and Halli and I went to a our ladies meeting this morning...
Halli feels so "easy" to take along now! :) Not to mention fun! She's becoming quite chatty...
We were home by 9:30 and the boys were just eating breakfast. Luke had gotten them dressed and ready!
Outside play was the plan as we worked around the house. We packed the children lunches in their lunch boxes and let them eat outside... HIGHLIGHT!!!
After naps we all donned our boots and loaded up and headed to the Toppenish Livestock Auction for the selling of the sheep and goats. They were all pretty thrilled... after the selling got a little droning we went out to the pens and let baby calves suck their fingers (!!) and saw the horses and some fascinating long horned cattle.
This evening Luke let Riley DRIVE the Gator all by himself... he rigged up some sort of throttle stop so it just went v-e-r-y slow, but that didn't seem to bother Ry!
Phoenix is counting on learning tomorrow... :) He put up NO fight at all tonight so we're going to get the privilege of teaching our second son to drive too, I guess!!
Life remains entertaining, to say the least!
These 2 are really starting to enjoy each other's company! PTL! |
Lunch time! :D |
This picture cracks me up... Typical story time... "I can't seeeeeeeee!" |
