Even having a broken foot right now!

Here are some of the amazing things that have already came from this:

*Phoenix is learning a lot about unconditional love.*

He was driving the wagon when I fell off... he felt terrible and keeps his eyes on me pretty closely to make sure I don't "take it out" on him... We try to explain that it was not his fault and totally an accident. He's a little leery still. So yesterday he decided to see if what we're saying is true. He stomped on my foot- purposely. I squawked and quickly removed him off. He started to cry so I got to do some reassuring that regardless what he did I was still going to love him. Even when he hurts me. He did apologize and seems to be feeling a little better about it today- he even told one of the other children to be careful of Mom's foot this morning! ;)

By far the best thing...

*I get to have "friend time" for a week!!*

I'm being so spoiled!! Another adult to talk to all day long! :D

Shelly and Todd came over here Sunday evening, Kristi Bowman was here Monday all day and Tuesday until nap time. Deborah Rumble will be here this afternoon, Melanie all day tomorrow, Thursday I have a Doctor appointment so I don't know how that day is looking at this point, and Friday... not sure yet! Maybe I'll be cleared for all the fun stuff...

*My "not asking for help" stance is getting a work out*
