Fall themed artwork and lettering.... You guys!! I am SO excited!! I have received an art/lettering internship with my favorite magazine- Daughters of Promise!! :)

Sweet child... My heart hurts knowing part of what you have lived through. But I PRAISE AND THANK JESUS for the work of redemption, restoration, and healing HE is doing in your life! Vivi, you are a GIFT and a TREASURE, and I am so thankful to be your mama!!

He's EIGHT!!! And EIGHT is GREAT!!!

His dinner of choice: Homemade grilled hamburgers, chips, veggies, homemade vanilla bean icecream and brownies!

So... If the neighbors light off fireworks at 10:30 pm, and I happen to already be asleep, Shiloh may clear the gate in one hop and dive for cover into our bed!!! If that happens, it WILL terrify the daylights outta me and I'll sit up quickly enough to send her flying off the bed. She will {thankfully} settle for sleeping in the doorway until they're done, and then she can be put back into the back porch... Sigh. All the fun, I tell you, all the fun!

About this time I start getting anxious for a tomato!!

Happy 4th of July!! I'm so thankful for the freedom we have to worship Jesus Christ, openly and freely!! What a privilege! :)
