We had a wonderful Resurrection Sunday!
After church we headed to my parents' house for lunch. As always, trips to G & G R.'s are hardly complete without Uncle Stephen giving tractor rides... the children were not disappointed! Stephen's gotten his old John Deere 50 running now so he used that to pull the hay wagon. After tractor rides, Aunt Shelly and (soon-to-be) Uncle Todd hid all the plastic eggs filled with candy for the children to find. They'd never done that before and totally enjoyed it... especially all that candy!
Grandpa topped the evening off with homemade Kettle Korn... yum!
So thankful to have a day set aside to celebrate our Risen Lord!
Philippians 3:10-11
That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.
