Well....

That was a long, unexpected break! Yikes!

Did you miss us, by any chance? ;)

Okay. Here's the scoop:

My life is officially abundantly blessed with opportunities to be stretched beyond what I could possibly imagine. Which keeps us from ever even considering uttering the "B" word--- BORED.

This summer started off with a wild BANG, which oddly enough, I cannot seem to place exactly what that bang was at this point. Maybe just the screen door. I don't know. But it has been pedal to the metal since I last blogged-- like June. Really? Wow. 

I will attempt to update the past few months, but it may take me some time to unearth all the happenings of the past few months. It's sure been a doozy, tho! One of those summers that has been so unbelievably, fantastically busy... I wouldn't necessarily desire to do it all over again, unless it could be spread out over maybe 6 months instead of 3. You know? We made it though an AMAZING 32 day stretch of having company at our house every..single..day. That's a record I didn't even know we were shooting for, but God clearly had it in His plans, and we just were along for the ride. I must say tho, my housecleaning standards may have slipped a bit, our children's behaviors may be a bit more destracting than they once were, and I think I've made more food this summer than maybe ever in my life... BUT GOD IS STILL GOOD AND HE IS STILL PROVIDING STRENGTH FOR TODAY AND BRIGHT HOPE FOR TOMORROW. 

So if you're wondering how I am? How we are? I think we'd all answer "THANKFUL."
