Scotty is my right hand man with kitchen help. He loves to cook! Vivi is a pretty cute little helper, too. I'll have to be sure and post the Indian food recipes... We tried another one and it was fabulous! Chicken Korma.

Linsie Kate and her crew came over, much to our delight!!
We missed Vivi's last week of school because of our trip... So we took cupcakes in to her class just for fun.
She was so pleased to introduce us each to everyone of her classmates and teachers! It was so sweet!!

But then Saturday morning, if an important package misses it's deadline, everyone has to be hauled out of bed to run play delivery... Ugh.
But that early morning sure made for great naps in Mighty Matilda as the the Across the US trip begins!

Then we hit a bug swarm... And ended up needing to stop for the night. Window washing in the morning was a MUST!!

Fun to see the "before" pics of your trip! :) We sure enjoyed seeing you!! Or neighbor girl's mom told me, "Emma must have really enjoyed your friends because she was so sad that she'll probably never see them again." Cute!
