So I am beginning to wonder if my SOML day should be any day but Monday... It seems the harder I try, the behinder I get on Mondays! I have a very faithful friend who is sweet enough to remind me to post each Monday, but I feel *RATHER* dependent on and indebted to her... Sigh. I'll keep trying, but have patience with me, please, if I miss a Monday! 

So... Here we go!

Oh, but wait... Strep throat hits me (all 5 kiddos immediately followed suit) simultaneously with Luke being in Japan all week and all 5 kiddos going to my parents for Thursday/Friday/Saturday while I went to Seattle to meet Luke and the two of us attend a homeschool conference. Yeah. So we spent a bit of time between Doctor visits, pharmacies and Grandma D helping out. I hadn't felt that sick in a loooong time! 

On Wednesday night I felt well enough to get out, so we went and got FRIED ICECREAM because that makes everything feel better!

The meds kicked in just in time to be well for the conference!! (Which we enjoyed!) Oh, and pardon the neck wrinkles--- eww! I guess this means I'm getting old(er)...?!
