Homemade Granola Bars...
Yum!
These are a favorite of mine and they're super duper easy to make-- no baking at all!!
No Bake Granola Bars
1 cup Oatmeal
2/3 cup Coconut
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Flaxseed
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
Stir, pour, spread, chill, cut, wrap & enjoy!
Ingredients:
Vanilla, coconut, oats, honey, peanut butter, flaxseed, chocolate chips and I add brewer's yeast but it's not necessary...
I use my mixer to mix these up
Press them out on a cutting board
After chilling them until firm, cut them into bars
Wrap individually and keep in refrigerator.
