Makin' a list...

... for our California trip!

Yikes! I cannot believe it's this week!!! We're still not sure when we'll actually be leaving, but it's looking like it'll be a short trip, just Friday thru either Monday or Tuesday.

The wedding is on Sunday and the children keep asking how many more days until Aunt Kristen gets to marry Uncle Brad and move to Washington. The boys are thrilled with their ties and Halli with her dress. I got them all dressed up to see how they looked, and my, oh my! What dashing young men they are! ;)

Riley's already planning his mohawk hair-do, Phoenix wants his twisted, (we ordered something called a Nu-Dred hair loc'er) so we'll see what it does. I like the finnished look of them but am wondering if it's "Phoenix"... guess we'll see! Q asked me to mohawk his hair the other day... that was unique!! :)

Ok, rabbit trail there.

Anyway, my list is growing daily. I'd like to have ALL the painting of the new part of the house done before we leave so I've been working on that. Ugh. I think I'm about painted out. I've got one more coat on the guest room and a one more on the dining room. The lights are in now so yay! I can paint at night... after the kiddos are in bed, which works sooooo much better.

And any of you Modesto folks happen to know of a Gluten Free bakery down there? I'm going to need to get some Riley-food...
